I believe that your body is designed to feel AMAZING.

Hi! My name is Bethany, and I’m a Californian native living in Boston. From a young age, I was a competitive athlete and fell in love with movement. Now as a Certified Personal Trainer, Fascial Stretch Therapist, Nutritionist, and Mat Pilates Instructor, I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients ranging from professional athletes to fitness newbies.

Through the years, I’ve had my fair share of sports related injuries including multiple joint dislocations, hip labral tears, and a severely broken wrist. I understand how difficult and painful the recovery process can be! Because of my experiences, I’ve been able to successfully partner with clients dealing with pain or traumatic injuries to work around the limitations and still achieve their goals.

My desire is to empower my clients to look and feel their best in a way that is safe, sustainable, effective, and fun! If you’re interested in working with me or have any questions, please reach out here, I’d love to hear from you. -Bethany Endter
