Paul D’Agostino is one of only a handful of teachers in the world certified in both The Alexander Technique and Linklater Voice Method. He joined the faculty of Boston Conservatory at Berklee in 2014, and served as Assistant Professor of Theater, specializing in voice & speech and The Alexander Technique until September 2021, when he left to bring the work to a wider population of students, lay people, and corporate leaders alike.

Trained by and designated to teach The Linklater Method (also known as “Freeing the Natural Voice”) by world-renowned voice pedagogue and theater artist Kristin Linklater, Paul has served on the faculties of Emerson College, Gordon College, Shakespeare & Company, and Boston University, where he taught for the Boston University Summer Theatre Institute for seven years. For over a decade, he was the resident voice instructor for Commonwealth Shakespeare Company, which afforded him the opportunity to teach in the Summer Apprentice Program, coach main stage actors, and lead workshops on the intersection of actor training and public speaking for M.B.A. candidates at Babson College. A longtime member of Shakespeare & Company in Lenox, Massachusetts, he ran the youth training program, Riotous Youth, taught voice in the Month-long Intensive, and acted in numerous productions on the main stage and on tour. He’s also facilitated workshops at Tufts University, Brandeis University, Boston Arts Academy, Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Extension School, Wheelock Family Theatre, the Tom Todoroff Acting Studio, and the ReachArts Center in Swampscott, Massachusetts, Boston by Foot, and a number of high schools in the Boston area. In the corporate realm, he’s coached leaders from Saint Gobain, Aurora Health, Microsoft, Google, Youtube, MegaFood, The Conscious Leadership Group, Kekst CNC, Betts Recruiting, and Warner Brothers (among others).

Paul holds a Master of Fine Arts in Theater Education (with a concentration in voice and speech) from Boston University, a Master of Music in Musical Theater from The Boston Conservatory at Berklee, and a Bachelor of Arts in Theater Arts from Gordon College. In 2019, he graduated from The Boston Conservatory Alexander Technique Teacher Training Course — a three-year, 1600-hour teacher training program – and most recently, he graduated from the Spirit-Wellness Institute 650-hour massage therapy program. He now practices a hybrid of massage therapy and The Alexander Technique at Down Under School of Yoga and Wellness In Motion and B in Touch Massage Therapy in Wellesley, MA.

In May 2020, Paul received The Boston Conservatory Student Government Association Teacher of the Year award, and in addition to massage therapy and executive coaching, he’s started teaching and directing at Walnut Hill School for the Performing Arts in Natick, MA.

Dr. David Matthews was born in Binghamton, New York. With a passion for health and human performance, he embarked on a journey that led him to the field of chiropractic care. His journey began at Syracuse University, where he pursued a degree in Health and Exercise Science. Throughout his life, he has always been drawn to physical activity and the intricacies of the human body. As a multi-sport athlete and avid CrossFit competitor, he understands firsthand the importance of optimizing performance and maintaining peak physical condition. His experiences in sports have instilled in him a deep appreciation for the body’s ability to heal and adapt.

Driven by a desire to combine his passion for health with his love for hands-on work, he found his calling in chiropractic care. He pursued advanced certifications in Active Release Techniques (ART) and Dry Needling, alongside elective courses in sports injury management and nutrition. These experiences have equipped him with the knowledge and skills to provide comprehensive care tailored to each individual’s needs.

As a fitness trainer with years of coaching experience, including strength and conditioning at the Division 1 college football level, he is dedicated to empowering his patients to take control of their health and reach their full potential. Whether you’re seeking relief from pain, enhancing sports performance, or simply striving for optimal well-being, he is here to support you on your journey to better health.

Dr. Matthews had the opportunity to explore his interests further through a study abroad program in Sydney, Australia. This experience deepened his understanding of global health perspectives and sparked a passion for travel. Additionally, upon the completion of his undergraduate degree, he traveled to Thailand to teach English to elementary students, an experience that he will never forget. Dr. Matthews prioritizes travel and has explored over 10 countries and 3 continents, always eager to add new destinations to his list.

Joe Sosinsky is a graduate of The Massage School in Boston passionate about helping people manage and treat acute and chronic pain. Joe was originally inspired to become a massage therapist following his own recovery journey after suffering a shoulder injury. Joe believes that keeping a healthy and mobile body is an essential foundation to live life to its fullest. In his work, Joe utilizes a combination of deep tissue, sports, and orthopedic massage to help achieve the client’s goals. As an athlete himself, Joe understands how important it is to work around injuries and remain active.

Joe is an avid weightlifter, mountain biking, and martial arts enthusiast. Influenced by these pursuits and hobbies, Joe’s philosophy is that health and wellness should considered from a full spectrum approach. He believes the most conducive environment to healing is one where strong collaboration exists between the massage therapist and client.

Dr. Casey Yurista, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS, Cert. DN

Dr. Casey Yurista is a Boston area Physical Therapist with a passion for optimizing performance and driving patients to improve through individualized care. Casey is passionate about helping patients to continue doing what they love at a high level. He has a special interest in ACL rehabilitation and working with active people of all ages. Whether you are an athlete returning to sport after a surgery, a parent looking to maintain an active lifestyle in between child care duties, or a recreational golfer trying to shave a couple of strokes off of your game, Casey is here to help you.

Casey is an upstate New York native. He attended The Sage Colleges in Albany, NY for both his undergraduate and graduate degrees. Casey played Division 3 Men’s Soccer for the Sage Gators while getting his BS degree in Biology in 2016. He then went on to get his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2019 from Sage.

Since starting his career in physical therapy, he has become a Certified Strength Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) to enhance his ability to transition care into strength and conditioning training. Following the CSCS, he pursued an intensive 18 month orthopedic residency with Inova Health System in Northern Virginia. The main focuses of the residency were specialized training in rehabilitation from orthopedic injury, hands on skill development, interdisciplinary care with the Inova Sports Medicine team, and community outreach to enhance access to Physical Therapy care. Upon completing residency, Casey received recognition as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in Physical Therapy signifying him as an expert. Since finishing residency, he has been working as a Performance Physical Therapist in Northern Virginia until recently moving to the Boston area. He has extensive experience working with athletes from youth to professional level along with working with a variety of individuals to overcome various orthopedic issues.

Casey has completed several continuing education courses and certifications since starting to practice including Selective Functional Movement Assessment Level 1 (SFMA), Functional Movement Screen (FMS), Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training, Certification in Dry Needling throughout AAMT (Cert. DN), and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 1 golf swing assessment. He has also taken other continuing education courses on ACL rehabilitation and return to sport care.

When outside of the clinic, Casey is an active guy who enjoys a recreational run, pilates, lifting weights, and hiking. He has a deep interest in the psychology of performance and self growth so you may catch him reading or writing when alone. Casey and his future wife, Catherine, own a chocolate lab, named Cali, who they enjoy taking on hikes, walks, and to the dog park. He loves to try new foods, go to the farmers market, watch his favorite soccer team Arsenal F.C., see a live show or game, and sample local beer in his free time.
